Ampadu returns with positive energy:

Our right back, Micheal Ampadu, has resumed light training works after weeks of sitting out of training due to an injury setback.

He resumed training on Monday and has been an integral member of the team as coach Ouattara prepares his squad for the assignment against RTU in the second round of the GPL.

His ambition is to continue to work hard so he can be of immense benefit to the team.

Speaking to heartsofoaksc.com, Ampadu mentioned that he feels fine now and will be returning stronger than ever. He spoke about the joy of recovering early to enable him to join his teammates to continue to fight for the badge.

'I am happy with the way my recovery program has gone, I am constantly working with the medical team to make sure I return to fitness and to serve this club,' he said.

Ampadu has made seventeen appearances in his first season at the club, with an assist to his name.

The former Legon Cities player has been a great addition to the Phobian family since he joined the team.
